Welcome to Global Properties Limited (“GPL”), a company incorporated on 5 September 2000. with the specific corporate objective of acquiring a portfolio of commercial property.

The first commercial property acquired is situated at Shops 3 & 4, 360 Pacific Highway,
Crows Nest NSW 2065.

CORPORATE OVERVIEW

The Company objective is to purchase the Crows Nest Property and then to purchase other commercial and industrial properties in Australia. The Company will seek good quality industrial properties with established tenants in areas which the Directors believe will provide good capital growth prospects.

The Company will also invest its surplus cash in other investments, including money market, shares, options and property trusts to maximise value for all shareholders.

The Company continues to seek suitable investments to maximise value for all shareholders.
