THE COMPANY

Global Properties Limited (“GPL”), was incorporated on 5 September 2000 with the objective of acquiring a portfolio of commercial property and other investments.

The first commercial property acquired is situated at Shops 3 & 4, 360 Pacific Highway, Crows Nest NSW 2065.

The Company listed on the Australian Stock Exchange on 24 December 2004.

CORPORATE OVERVIEW

The Company will seek good quality industrial properties with established tenants in areas which the Directors believe will provide good capital growth prospects.

The Company will also invest its surplus cash in other investments, including money market, shares, options and property trusts to maximise value for all shareholders.

The Company continues to seek suitable investments and acquisitions to maximise value for all shareholders.
